Prompt Bank is a REST API designed for developers and AI agents who need a reliable place to store, organize, and execute AI-powered media generations. Rather than scattering prompts across notebooks or chat histories, you keep them in structured, shareable vaults and trigger image or video generations programmatically — all through a single, consistent API.

Key concepts

Prompt Bank is built around three core objects that work together. Prompts are the building blocks of everything you do in Prompt Bank. Each prompt stores a piece of text along with metadata such as a title, a type (text, image, or video), and the model you want to use. Once a prompt is saved, you can reuse it across multiple generation runs without rewriting the same text. Vaults are collections that group related prompts together. Think of a vault as a project folder — you might create one vault for product photography prompts, another for video storyboards, and share individual vaults with teammates or make them public. Prompts can belong to one or more vaults. Generations are the AI media outputs produced when you submit a prompt to a model. A generation record tracks the model used, the source prompt, the output media URL, and the current status of the job (queued, processing, completed, or failed). You can poll a generation’s status endpoint or retrieve completed results at any time.
